In Dalmatia, we are a synonym for high standards in fish and seafood business. From the very beginning, we promote fishing and Croatian fishermen products. Our fresh fish is exported in most countries of the region. Not only we supply more than a thousand partners from HoReCa sector by making daily deliveries across Croatia, but through continuous application of new knowledge and cutting edge technologies we strive to expand outside the borders of Croatia.

We supply more than a thousand partners with our own production and products of Croatian fishermen that are present in most countries of the region as well.
OWN BRAND & RETAIL NETWORK
Our retail chain is made of 11 Gastro fish markets. The offer has been expanded with Gastro section that offers a vide variety of ready meals. Our newly developed brand Amare stands out from our rich offer.
In our retail chain comprised of eleven fishmarkets “Gastro ribarnica Brač”, we offer fresh, frozen fish along with salty and marinated products on a daily basis. The offer has been expanded with Gastro section that offers ready made meals from fresh ingredients prepared innovatively. Our offer of salty and marinated products, vine and delicacies is based on cooperation with top family producers from the region. This way we help small, local business to market and promote the quality of their products.

More then 85% of our production is placed in Croatia. At the moment we are present at the Italian, Slovenian and Austrian market. Setting up a business in Vienna (“Gastro Fisch Brač”) u Beču, has gained our retail section a new, international dimension.
We apply new knowledge and cutting edge technologies to expand. We have significantly invested in the adaptation of our new warehouse production facility, respecting the latest modern standards of the industry. Supported by the EU funds, we have so far invested more than 16 million HRK in the facility adaptation, technology for cultivation, production and processing as well as the renewal of the vehicles. In order to reach the latest technological standards, we intend to continue our investments.
The quality of our products is attested and verified by certificates issued by relevant authorized institutions. We are in possession of ISO standard and HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points) certificates that stand for integrated control system of food safety in all stages of its production and distribution.

The purpose of the project is to create a unique umbrella branding of the products mentioned. The tag is to serve as the guarantee that products came from a strictly controlled food safety system where all standars of safety during production phase have been respected while investing in strict environmental protection conditions. Furthermore, it's a guarantee that local empoyment is encouraged and local production ensured, especially in rural areas. Moreover, it will serve as a proof that the workers' rights have been respected as well as other positive rules and regulations of RH and EU.
